1. When will I get my order ?
Your order ships the same or next business day when in stock. Most customers in the GTA receive their order within 2-4 business days. We will send a notification email if your order is back ordered and will be delayed.
2. Do I need to be home for the delivery ?
We ship using FedEx, UPS, and ICS courier. All three methods do require a signature for your protection and as proof of delivery. We therefore recommend using your work address and only using a home address when there will be someone present to sign, such as a concierge.
3. I do not see my contact lens brand listed, how do I order ?
We have only listed our newest and most popular lenses. If you do not see your contact lens brand on the site, please call 416-263-9888 and we will happily process the order by telephone.
4. How do I get the mail-in rebates ?
We will mail separately any applicable rebates and invoice to the shipping address you provide. You should receive this within 2-4 business days.
5. I do not know my prescription, what should I do ?
If you are a previous patient or customer, we have your prescription in our database. Please call us at 416-263-9888 and we will happily process the order over the phone.
6. How safe is ordering through your website ?
We use the most popular online payment processor in the world. They use industry standard 128 bit SSL technology to protect your personal information which is as safe as any other ecommerce site in the world. On top of that, your order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Lenses must be sealed and unopened .
